As an international project financier and trained engineer, Christoph brings extensive experience in the former Soviet Union's emerging markets. Serving as CEO and board member, Christoph spearheaded the financial restructuring of a real estate investment company in the Middle East. Prior to founding EQV Partners, he served as managing partner for several consulting and financial service firms. Christoph has worked with OMV, investment banks in the CIS, and hedge funds in the Middle East. From 2014 to 2017, he contributed his expertise as a political advisor in various committees of the Austrian Parliament. Recognized for his journalistic achievements, Christoph was honored with the Prälat Leopold Ungar Prize.

Paul is a highly motivated student of commercial law who completed his studies at HBLFA Raumberg Gumpenstein in 2019, with a primary focus on agriculture, forestry, and resource management. In the same year, he was awarded for his thesis on the potential of black soldier fly production. Since then, sustainable forms of regional development have captivated his attention. From 2020 to 2022, Paul operated his own business, 'Studenten bieten Gartenarbeit' (Students Offer Gardening Services). During this period, he gained valuable insights into personnel management, customer service, and business leadership.
